Selected estate olives are milled together with the peel of organic lemons for a mildly flavored oil.

Drizzle over salads and seafood.  Combine with pomegranate or red wine vinegar to create a light, tasty salad dressing.  Brush on meats, especially chicken.  Toss with pasta, asparagus or broccoli.  Add to tuna and olive salad, tabouleh, or Mediterranean fatoush salad.  Great for baking!
