Ingredients:

8 oz wheel of brie cheese
3 peaches, cut into bite-size pieces
4 O’Live A Little’s Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, (more if desired)
2 tbsp basil, chiffonade
-
Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper (for easier cleanup), and trim off any paper that extends past the upper edges of the pan.
2. Place the brie in the center of the pan, and sprinkle the chopped peaches on and around the brie. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Switch the oven to the broil setting. Drizzle the 4 tbsp of Peach Balsamic Vinegar over the peaches and brie. Broil about 6 inches from the flame for 3 to 4 minutes, until the edges of the brie begin to turn light brown.
4. Use a spatula to transfer the brie to a serving plate, as well as any peaches left in the pan. Garnish with the basil, and drizzle on more honey, if desired. Serve with crackers or Madeline cookies.
