Pear White Balsamic Vinegar - 375 ML

One of our best sellers, this is our White Balsamic Vinegar blended with the sweet goodness of real pears. It is light, clean and subtle on the palette. The pear shines but does not overwhelm the flavor. This vinegar is ideal for use on a vinaigrette and a crisp leafy salad for use with a fruit salad - the delicate flavor of the pear will add a brightness to it. Mix with olive oil, garlic, and spices for a light marinade for chicken, pork or fish. Drizzle over cheese for a tantalizing appetizer or dessert. Better yet, drizzle on ice cream, seasonal berries or melon slices.
