  • Scallion Extra Virgin Olive Oil- A fragrant oil with the flavors of a summer garden. Perfect for salads or roasted vegetables. Add to soup or mashed potatoes just before serving.  Cook up your next omelet in an omelet pan heated  with scallion oil. Use to sauté chicken, beef and pork. Toss with pasta for a quick meal. Combine with sweet cider vinegar for a potato or pasta salad vinaigrette. This is a great alternative to garlic bread or for dipping.
  •  Sweet Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Our Sweet Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil makes anything it is drizzled on or marinated with  brighter and more flavorful! Amp up your pesto using this oil. Drizzle on meats, veggies, pasta and pizza. Sauté shrimp and scallops with it. The sky is the limit with this versatile olive oil.
  • Pear White Balsamic Vinegar One of our best sellers, this is our White Balsamic Vinegar blended with the sweet goodness of real pears. It is light, clean and subtle on the palette. The pear shines but does not overwhelm the flavor. This vinegar is ideal for use on a vinaigrette and a crisp leafy salad for use with a fruit salad - the delicate flavor of the pear will add a brightness to it. Mix with olive oil, garlic, and spices for a light marinade for chicken, pork or fish. Drizzle over cheese for a tantalizing appetizer or dessert. Better yet, drizzle on ice cream, seasonal berries or melon slices.
  • Apricot Dark Balsamic Vinegar -  Apricots with their unique peachy-plum flavor are a natural to combine with our balsamic vinegars. Offered in both our White and Dark Balsamic varieties, this Dark Balsamic is the absolute favorite of O'Live A Little's owner Jennifer.  She loves the underlying sophisticated smoothness and mellow but present flavor of the Apricot. This flavor works with so many foods. Chicken and pork, salmon, arugula salad, caprese salad, scallops, shrimp, BBQ and so much more.
