I found this great recipe for Sea Bass, fennel & olives from Williams Sonoma. I used the Blood Orange Olive Oil to enhance the "orange " flavor and had a wonderful result!
This is SO tasty! Try it when you dress your next salad it will be the hit of the dinner!
Blood Orange EVOO imparts a nice but subtle flavor to foods I sautee or roast. It's a nice finishing oil to drizzle over vegetables.
