Warm, intense woody flavor.

Excellent replacement for plain olive oil in all types of Greek cooking, especially lamb. Add rich flavor to a  Greek salad.  Toss with fresh pasta or sauté chicken or pork.  Enhance pasta, rice or potato salad.  Use for dipping or combine with red wine and Greek vinegar for a salad dressing.
