Chef Paul Finney is a 1992 graduate of Johnson and Wales University, with a degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management. Chef Finney spent 20 years in the fine dining industry. He has worked for Todd English in Boston, Master Chef George Karousos in Newport, and even Cavey's here in Manchester. He was awarded an "Excellent" rating in the New York Times when he was the Head Chef at Main and Hopewell in Glastonbury, CT. That is where he met his wife Alison. In 2000 he opened October Kitchen as a personal chef service and has grown it to become the premiere Chef Service in all of CT. He is also a Certified Health Coach and studied at the Integrated Institute of Nutrition. Chef Finney's culinary style reaches into the heart of the American kitchen with an emphasis on healthy homestyle meals!
