From Montefalco, Italy in the region of Umbria, this unfiltered olive oil is a bland of Frantoio, Morello and Leccino Olives.  It offers a bold, peppery and grassy flavor profile.

As with all olive oils, drizzle over greens for an amazing salad.  Grill crisp bread and then drizzle generously with Leo-Monte and dust with sea salt and cracked pepper.
