Aged white balsamic with the citrusy and spicy essence of jalapeño and lime.

Light, sweet and with some heat, this is the perfect glaze for chicken or salmon.  Brush on beef tenderloin before grilling and serve with Mexican rice.  Make a tossed salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, olives, cheddar cheese, black beans and a drizzle of this balsamic.
