Olives milled with the peel of Florida oranges offer a fragrant and delicious oil.

Saute salmon and scallops. Drizzle over a cabbage/apple salad or a spinach salad. Mix with balsamic vinegar or pomegranate vinegar for a salad dressing.  Brush chicken or pork before grilling.  Light enough to use with baking.
