Hot, but not too hot, with a smoky, fire-roasted flavor.

Spice up morning eggs fried in this oil.  Great in black bean soup or chili.  Marinade flank steak with this oil and a little red wine vinegar overnight and grill with peppers and onions for great fajitas.  Drizzle right over loaded nachos for an added kick of heat.
