Basil leaves and lemon grass are crushed with estate olives to release a sweet herbal-citrus flavor.

Ideal for dressings and marinades.  Excellent with all types of fish and shellfish.  Toss with pasta for a quick meal, roast potatoes or assorted vegetables.  Also adds a nice Thai-Fusion flavor to many dishes.
