Himalayan Salt Blocks
Great for grilling shrimp, chicken, vegetables, thinly sliced beef, fish, fillets, frying eggs or as a serving platter!
Grilling & Serving Instructions:
Place a salt block under the broiler or on the grill (before you turn it on) then heat for several minutes, until very hot. Place seasoned but unsalted beef, chicken, fish fillet, or veggies directly on the salt plank. Juices from the meat or fish will dissolve a small amount of salt and encrust the food, sealing in juices and flavor. After a few minutes, turn the food over to encrust the other side. Continue until the food is cooked as desired. When done, remove food to a plate or serve on the plank to give special look to your dishes.
