  • A half cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves of finely minced garlic
  • A tablespoon of minced parsley
  • A few chopped pieces of hot chili pepper

Method of Prep:

Put your half cup of oil into a pan and heat it up (until you can smell the oil or see lines in it). Once your oil is warm, add your garlic and chopped chilis. Stir in the pan and watch closely (don’t let your garlic burn!); Once the garlic starts to smell take the pan off the heat. Mix in your parsley.

Pour over pasta and enjoy! You can also add spinach to the oil while it’s still hot to make a hardier sauce!
